SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DEPOT COLLECTION

Collect your order from your choice of our selected freight depots at a time & date that suits you. 

If you opt for your order to be sent to one of our selected depots you have the freedom to liaise with the depot to arrange your collection at a time and date that suits you.  They will load you up and you'll be on your way! See our list of depots now.

COMMERCIAL DELIVERY

We can deliver to your business address if you have a forklift available onsite to unload.

Due to the weight of the product, a forklift is required to unload the goods off the truck once onsite, if you have one available at your delivery address that can be used- then we can deliver directly to you.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY

Our transport providers will deliver your Alfa Forni Pizza Oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to place the pizza oven or any of its components any nearer to the pizza oven’s final position.

By selecting residential delivery you are accepting and agreeing to our direct delivery terms and conditions.

Our transport providers will deliver your Alfa Forni Pizza Oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to place the pizza oven or any of its components any nearer to the ovens final position.

 

DEPOT COLLECTION

Opt for collection from your choice of our selected freight depots, all you'll need is a  trailer or Ute.

DELIVERY

Opt for commercial or residential delivery. Delivered to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address by our transport providers.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. If you would like an “estimate” of your delivery cost, enter your delivery location (suburb or postcode) in the checkout. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the estimated delivery charges for your order before entering your details and making payment. Alfa Forni Pizza Ovens reserves the right to alter delivery fees without notice. In most instances, your delivery fee will not change after you have submitted your purchase and have received confirmation. In some rural/remote locations, additional charges may be incurred – in this instance, Alfa Forni Pizza Ovens will always communicate with you prior to making any arrangements.

Metro Areas

We utilise a number of Transport companies dependent on the destination. Deliveries into Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth Metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. The estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days from dispatch. 

Outer Metro Areas

Deliveries outside the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth Adelaide, ACT, Wollongong, NSW Central Coast and Newcastle in each state are sent via an appointed transport contractor. The estimated delivery time is 5 -15 working days depending on your location. 

In every case, we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery company we are using. This will give you full visibility of your order's progress.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
